Ordering

Can I cancel my order or change my delivery address?

Cancellations and delivery-address changes can be requested before your order is dispatched. Email katy@lillieandpine.com as soon as possible.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. Request a gift message and removal of invoices in the notes section at checkout.

Shipping

When will my order arrive?

Orders are usually fulfilled within 2 business days. Domestic transit generally takes 2–7 days; international transit generally takes 4–22 days, depending on the courier. These are estimates.

How much does shipping cost?

FREE OVER $50. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions and destination. A tracking link is sent when your order is dispatched.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses?

P.O. box shipments use postal services. Military-address shipments use USPS.

What if my package is damaged?

Contact us immediately. If possible, reject a parcel damaged in transit. Refunds or replacements for transit damage follow the courier's investigation.

Returns

Can I return or exchange a product?

Personal-care products generally cannot be returned for personal preference. If you received a gift and prefer a different scent or product, contact us about an exchange if it is evidently unused. Eligible returns must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Sale items cannot be refunded. Contact us before sending anything back to confirm the next steps and return address.

What if I received the wrong item?

Contact us immediately. If we made a fulfillment error, we will send the correct item free of charge.

Gift cards

Are gift cards returnable?

Gift cards are non-returnable. For questions about purchasing or using a gift card, email our team.

How can I check ingredients or confirm whether a product is vegan?

For ingredient or vegan-status questions about a specific product, email katy@lillieandpine.com with the product name before ordering.
